ADULT KICKBOXING

Our Adult Kickboxing Program delivers high-energy training built on effective striking fundamentals. Rooted in kickboxing and Muay Thai, classes focus on powerful punches, sharp kicks, footwork, conditioning, and real-world striking application.

This program develops strength, endurance, coordination, and mental toughness while providing a challenging and supportive training environment. We also offer our own unique kickboxing ranking system, allowing students to track progress, set goals, and advance through structured levels. ADULT MMA

Our Adult MMA Program blends Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and striking into a complete mixed martial arts system. Training focuses on real MMA fundamentals—striking to takedowns, cage control, ground-and-pound, and positional awareness—taught in a safe, structured environment.

ZERO F.E.A.R. is a free, monthly self-defense course open to anyone in the community who wants to learn practical, real-world protection skills.

While the course welcomes all genders, it is deeply rooted in empowering women with the awareness, techniques, and confidence needed to feel safer and more prepared in everyday life.

This isn’t fitness kickboxing.
This isn’t sport jiu-jitsu.
This is simple, effective, real-world self-defense.

Led by experienced instructors from Zero MMA, each session focuses on:
