Our Kids Program teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi & no-gi), kickboxing, and MMA in a fun, structured, family-oriented environment.
Mini Zeros (ages 2–4) Mighty Zeros (ages 5–7) and Major Zeros (ages 8–13) train the same martial arts, with age-appropriate expectations and coaching.
We use jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, and MMA to teach not only the sport, but the mindset, discipline, and respect required to be a martial artist. Whether a child wants to compete or just train, we focus on building confidence, character, and real skills on and off the mats.
